Executive/Leader Coaching
How do you want to BE?
It’s not just about what we do. Sure, actions speak and say something about us. Our energy and the feelings we convey precede our actions and tell a great deal about who we are in the moment. Cheryl helps people explore who they are at their best and how they want to show up. Through her work with clients she provides powerful insights that allow them to shape their future selves.
Executive coaching consists of a helping relationship between a client who has leadership authority and responsibility in an organization and an executive coach who uses a variety of techniques and methods to help the client achieve a mutually identified set of goals, to improve professional performance and personal satisfaction. Consequently, to improve the effectiveness of the client and the organization.
Cheryl helps create a learning environment that is multi-faceted and capable of holding the needs of the client, the power of the position, and the mission of the organization.
