Prior to starting an independent practice, for many years she led an HR team responsible for supporting numerous lines of business in a multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 company. Cheryl was instrumental in contributing to the success of the company and individuals through a positive focus and dedicated investment in human potential.
Having worked extensively with senior business leaders and professional sales organizations, Cheryl is comfortable in customer facing roles supporting and collaborating with both internal and external clients.
In addition to large corporations, she has consulted to start-up organizations and non-profits. Appreciating that people are the essence of an enterprise, Cheryl keeps employees top of mind while taking to heart the organization’s needs, developing and delivering solutions that meet those needs.
